Trial Before Purchase

Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The issue is confirmed to be caused directly by our service
- Our support team is unable to resolve the issue
- The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase
Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Situations Not Eligible For Refunds
Refunds are generally not available for issues outside our control, including but not limited to:

- Internet connection problems
- ISP restrictions or network limitations
- Changes in government regulations or policies

- Compatibility issues discovered after purchase when a trial was available
- Change of mind, lack of use, or loss of interest in the service
Purchases Older Than 7 Days
If an issue is confirmed to be caused by our service but the purchase was made more than 7 days earlier, we may offer compensation, replacement service, subscription extension, or another reasonable solution instead of a monetary refund.
Third-Party Issues
When issues are caused by third-party services, applications, networks, devices, or external factors outside our control, we will still try our best to help identify solutions and provide support, but refunds may not be available.
